二、办理说明

(一)名称预先核准

② 购买商品房未取得产权证明的,提交购房合同复印件;

③ 其他未取得房屋产权证明的自由房产,提交房产管理部门、乡镇政府(街道办事处)、各类开发区管委会、产业园区管理机构、村(居)委会等机构出具的场所证明,场所证明包含场所的具体地址和权属主体;

④ 属于租赁(借用)房产的,提交租赁(借用)合同原件或复印件和房屋产权证复印件。其中,租赁(借用)市场铺位作为住所(经营场所)的,也可提交租赁(借用)合同原件或复印件和市场开办管理企业营业执照复印件。租赁军队房产作为住所(经营场所)的,提交租赁合同原件或复印件和《军队房地产租赁许可证》复印件;

(4)经营场所在市场外的应到所属居委会开具不在拆迁范围内的证明。

Introduction

Established in January, 2014, Linyi international trade service hall belongs to the Linyi Trade City Administrative committee and it is the platform of foreign-related affairs supported by the Municipal People’s government.

The service hall integrates 8 government departments and 27 foreign-related service items, containing foreign administration, counseling and international communication. According to the principles of handling in a window, sharing information, alerting among departments, simultaneous approval, and united issuing, it works by window-mode to provide a better service.

The hall handles varies of foreign-related administrative licensing and other service items. It is divided into three sections.

Six government departments are involved in the first section, which are Administration for Industry and Commerce, Bureau of Commerce, State Administration of Taxation, Local Taxation Bureau, Council for the Promotion of International Trade and State Security Bureau, mostly in charge of foreign investment, company registration, tax registrationand so on.

The second section is the complex windows and social service windows, mostly offering making stamps, business consulting, business agent, market shopping guide, freight forwards, airline tickets, export credit insurance, translation, finance, legal and accounting service.

The third section is the Reception Hall of Exit-entry Administration of Public Security. It deals with citizen’s passport application, Hong Kong and Macao passing permission, Taiwan passing permission for mainland residents and management of foreigners.

We specially set up the complex service window, providing “market procurement trade” policy interpretation, foreign trade support policy consulting and first trial of market opening.

Now, we have achieved that finish a foreign company registration in seven workdays. And we are doing our utmost to create more excellent environment to help the rapidly development of Linyi international trade.

The Processes of Registration and Approval for Foreign Trade Companies in Linyi Trading City

I. Pre- authorized of company’s name

1. Time: complete immediately

2. Place: the service window of Administration for Industry & Commerce

3.Operation parties: it could be done by others, but applications for pre-authorized need signatures by shareholders.

4. Expense: none

5. Preparing materials:

(1) The original ID and one copy of applicant.

(2) The original ID and one copy of all the shareholders.

(3) Certification of place.

a.Owned property, should provide the original and the copy of house ownership certificate.

b.Has purchased a commercial property but not obtained the certificate, should provide the house purchasing contract.

c. Other free property that has no certificate, should provide house ownership certificate that issued by property management department, local government(street office), all kinds of management commission, industrial park management institutions, village committees and other institutions.

d. Rented property, should provide the original and the copy of rent contract and copy of house certificate. If rent a market shop as a place of residence, should provide the original contract or copy and the copy of market management business license. If rent a military property as a place of residence, should provide rent contract original or copy and the copy of ‘license forlease of military real estate’.

(4)The operating place is not in the market area which operator should provide the certification for without inside of demolition signed by neighborhood committee.
